When I saw the first picture of this on PEDAL Consumption I had to see more. First of I would like to say that this is my favorite color combination of all time, there is nothing better than flat black and neon green. I can't even put into words how badly I would love to even just RIDE this bike! Although it was love at first site with the bike, I hate the smart car with a burning passion. The Chari Concept bike was manufactured in collaboration with the guys at Smart.
