EXIT Through The Gift Shop
If you haven't seen Exit Through the Gift Shop and have any interest in urban art...you should watch it. The film is amazing and documents the life of Thierry Guetta, a psychotic "film maker" who follows the likes of Space Invader, Shepard Fairey and BANKSY himself. After years of following urban artists with his video camera, and a little help from BANKSY, Thierry becomes Mr. Brainwash, an overnight art sensation. When I first saw the film I was blown away especially because the last time I was in NYC I visited a Mr. Brainwash pop-up show without even knowing who he was. CRAZY!

Good Thinking SE?
broken ripper from Fixed Shit Up
"Hey I have an idea, lets add more strangely angled pieces of metal until it doesn't break anymore!"
Spotted on Zlog
"Good idea."
Not only is this one of the ugliest frames I have ever seen but I can see almost no practical use for two crossing top tubes. If strength was the issue I think there are a number of other ways to go about improvement. I hope the "Quad Fixed Prototype" stays that way...as a prototype. I think the boys over at SE got a little too excited after Oakley agreed to do a collab.

Velodrome Construction
Spotted on Tracko
I was looking at this picture yesterday and when I saw it I instantly thought of the famous picture where a group of construction workers are eating lunch on an I-beam. Then after reading the caption, it said the same exact thing! It blew my mind. Either way I have a soft spot for black and white photographs and this is an awesome picture.

Freestyle Fix
Spotted on PEDALconsumption
Spotted on Prolly
Getting big over a nice set AND a gnarly tailwhip. Fixed gear freestyle is getting closer and closer to BMX everyday (although it still has a long way to go).
